Nordic Seaweed is a contemporary cookbook celebrating the culinary potential of seaweed in Nordic cuisine. I was responsible for the full editorial layout and graphic design of the printed publication. The visual concept blends organic textures, clean typography, and full-page photography to highlight the natural beauty of seaweed and the simplicity of the recipes. The design reflects the book’s core ethos: sustainable, local, and beautifully crafted food from the sea.
